Reservation of group workrooms
Reservations of offices are available for Faculty of Education students and staff - for official events (e.g. ERASMUS meetings, Academic Senate meetings, official teaching, training) or for group work on a project within a course. For regular self-study, students can use all rooms without reservations.
Offer of rooms
Group study rooms E18 and E38 and study boxes 3017a, 3017b can be reserved within the library. Their detailed description can be found on the page below.
There are also timetabled classrooms E28 and E29 in the library, where all-faculty teaching takes place. For booking please contact Mrs. Nikola Rimešová.
Booking procedure
The application for booking team study rooms can be found in IS MU under the name Room Reservation. You can find it either by searching in the search window or by clicking My timetable → Room booking. For repeated use, we recommend pinning the application to the left side menu.
- choose the room
- choose the date and time of the reservation
- enter the purpose of the reservation

Booking conditions
Please observe the following rules:
- Reservations must be made no later than 8am on the day you wish to reserve the room.
- The maximum booking time is 3 hours. Library staff has the right to cancel longer or repeatedly entered time slots.
- If the room is not used within 15 minutes of the start of the reservation, library staff has the right to cancel the reservation.
- Reservations are binding; if you are unable to use your reservation, cancel your reservation in IS.
- Information about the name, time and person who made the reservation is visible in the IS for all logged in users.
- Workrooms are not soundproofed, please control the volume of your discussion.
- Workrooms are not intended for eating.
- Before leaving, close the windows and turn off the lights with a quick, short press.
- Use the study rooms so that others can use them after you in the same capacity.
