PC and internet access
The library has 45 computers with Internet access and 10 PCs with limited access (only university websites and the library catalogue).
It is also possible to connect to the Internet on your own device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone).
All Masaryk University students and employees can use the MU WiFi network to connect their portable devices to the MU computer network and the Internet.
In the wireless network menu on your device, select the Eduroam network in preference, enter the following information:
- UČO@muni.cz
- secondary password
If Eduroam is not working, select the MUNI network.
There are plenty of computers with internet access in the library. Their use is conditional on logging in with a UČO and a secondary password.
Services accessible only from the MUNI network (e.g. paid e-resources) can be accessed via VPN.
