We can arrange the purchase of new books and other information resources (journals, e-books, teaching aids, etc.) for your research, teaching and study. The choice of literature must correspond with the faculty's field of study.
We will arrange to borrow from another Czech or foreign library through interlibrary loan services.
Recommendations for purchasing literature
Every library user has the opportunity to recommend literature from Czech and foreign production for purchase. Before sending a tip, however, it is necessary to check in the catalogue whether the title is already in the collection.
The call applies to the purchase of titles for the library's collection (paid by the library) and for the purposes of long-term borrowing by lecturers (paid by departments from their own funds or contracts and grants).
We recommend using the DDA producer's ProQuest service to recommend the purchase of foreign e-books.
